    Lyrics:
I want to see what people saw,
I want to feel like I felt before
I'd like to see the kingdom come
I want to feel forever young
    I want to sing
    To sing my song
I want to live in a world where I belong
    I want to live
    I will survive
And I believe that it won't be very long
    If we turn, turn,
    Turn, turn, turn
    Turn, turn, turn
    If we turn, turn,
    Turn, turn, turn
    Then we might learn, learn
    So where's the stars
    Up in the sky
    And what's the moon
    A big balloon
We'll never know unless we grow
There's so much world outside the door
    I want to sing
    To sing my song
I want to live in a World where I'll be strong
    I want to live
    I will survive
And I believe that it won't be very long
    If we turn, turn,
    turn, turn, turn
    turn turn turn
    If we turn, turn,
    turn, turn, turn
    Then we might learn, learn
We've got to turn, we've got to turn
    If we turn, turn,
    turn, turn, turn
    turn, turn, turn
    If we turn, turn,
    turn, turn, turn
Then we might learn, Learn to turn

Yeah, gush over the song if you like, fine, but for every one of these excellent tunes, there were 20 Limp Bizkits, Creeds, Sugar Rays, Sisqos, and Smash Mouths. The decade wasn't some magical time for music... you're just engaging in nostalgia porn.

This song starts out with a discussion about "chi" (or energy.) Message of the video is simple: Careful what and who you invest your energy in, especially if you are trying to prove a point to someone else or for money. Use your energy wisely as someday you will need it to help yourself or someone else and before you realise it, you are burnt out. In the video we see his friends come and go, the girl comes and goes, money comes and goes - all that is left is your chi. And when he is faced with a situation where he needs to help someone else, an actual worthwhile pursuit, he is unable to.

I think the best way to sum up this song is its like life. You set a goal for yourself. Meet a girl, but she leaves (better or for worse). You succeed at by everyone else’s standards except for your own that you set out. Your friends leave because you don’t listen to their advice. And then after you continue with your life trying to achieve what you are not sure of a much bigger problem that is more than you comes up but you have no way to stop it because your burned out already.

I was fifteen when this came out and I feel like it was yesterday. I remember being a nice kid with a nice dreams. Now I learn that life gives you what you give it, dreams change and goals aren't the same never, people come and go trough your life and they keep closer if you're thankful, fail and success are part of the game but anyway this is life, right? We'll never know unless we grow.

    *Travis - Turn*
I want to see what people saw
I want to feel like I felt before
I want to see the kingdom come
I want to feel forever young
    I want to sing
    To sing my song
I want to live in a world where I belong
    I want to live
    I will survive
And I believe that it won't be very long
If we turn, turn, turn, turn, turn
    Then we might learn
    So where's the stars?
    Up in the sky
    And what's the moon?
    A big balloon
We'll never know unless we grow
There's so much world outside the door
    I want to sing
    To sing my song
I want to live in a world where I'll be strong
    I want to live
    I will survive
And I believe that it won't be very long
If we turn, turn, turn, turn
And if we turn, turn, turn, turn
    Then we might learn
    Turn, turn, turn, turn
    Turn, turn, turn
And if we turn, turn, turn, turn
    Then we might learn
    Learn to turn
