Evening all, Im not overly happy with this video, and the edit is a little sloppy. Hopefully the next video will be a little better filmed and will be more Railway Related.

I thought it was useful and infomative, and inspiring as you are having a go at doing some great model railway tech stuff! We all learn as we go, no shame there!

Don't be too hard on yourself....these things take a huge amount of time, and I for one are grateful for the content 🙏

Excellent.....your 3D design and print skills really make this top notch!

Thank you very much, the best compliment I can ask for is that I give my viewers some enjoyment.

Interesting video, something to think about if I ever get round to fitting signals this sounds like quite a good method of control. Thanks.

Have you thought about interlocking the signals with the points, using the Arduino?

Hi there, I had briefly considered it but have settled for basic co trols at the moment. I'm sure it would be achievable in the future if I change my mind

Interested in doing something similar but have never used an Arduino before, how easy are they to program up? Are there any open source programs for operating semaphore signals with them? I'd quite like to get the bounce like the megapoint controllers have but without the heftty price tag! Also how do you power the actual Arduino board, is there some transformer you use? Thanks! Very helpful videos.

Plenty of tutorial for servos and arduinos online. As for signal specific stuff I don't think there is but the code is relatively simple so I might do a video at some point. For psu any 9-12v supply works on the round plug or 5v USB.
