yeah i honestly dont think mark should have been outed. sure he made a massive mistake, that could have killed someone even, but his technique otherwise was there, he had french food, and its a mistake that can be fixed instantly. the other guy would have to do tons of studying and practice to actually make good food, and food that is even relevant to french cuisine.

American BBQ is some of the best food in the world. Not to mention Southern homestyle cooking and New England seafood off the top of my head. Even if hamburgers and hotdogs were all America had to offer, that'd still be great, since those are delicious. But if you think that's all American cuisine is, you're just wrong
