Great tour! We'll be on it later this month. We stayed in a Boardwalk balcony on Oasis and really enjoyed it. We were 2nd from the back (11327) and could see the water and the Aqua Show from the balcony. I don't recall much noise from the Boardwalk but you do look directly at more cabins across the way.

I am in the process of planning with the help of my travel agent, my first cruise with a milestone birthday with my husband within the next couple of months as it stands now. I have never been on a cruise before and a friend, who cruises alot, recommended RC and referred me to her travel agent for planning/booking assistance. After watching this video, I am mesmerized by how big the ship is, what to do on the ship and endless entertainment and dining possibilities. I am looking so forward to taking my first cruise in October/Nov 2023. I watched the entire video and shared with my hubby. Thank you for all the great info.
My bride and I were headed to Maui - and then the fires cancelled us. (Praying for the people on the island... tragic) So... in a whim we booked passage to the Allure for our first time on the ship. Nice tour... looks like she's a good time.

Enjoy the Allure, those differences didn’t affect our vacation, we just noticed them. Not having the ultimate abyss on the back was kind of cool because the wake views were amazing.
No - it will probably be “ amplified” sometime in 2025. They will likely be adding playmakers, water slides and possible the dry slide and doing other major updates at the time.

Best Allure video I’ve seen in months of watching in preparation for our cruise. Unfortunately broke my ankle and may not be walking by then. Is the ship knee scooter friendly? I’d imagine the buffets etc are tough.
Sorry to hear about your ankle I would call the cruise line, explain your situation, I have found the crew will go out of their way to help people, especially in buffets etc. Everyplace I went is knee scooter friendly. Instead of the crazy buffet I might go to the park cafe or solarium bistro. If you like to do the buffet in the evening that is when I would ask for some assistance of a crew member. You may to use some extra patience when dealing with the elevators, that would be my only word of advice. But, go, enjoy your cruise and don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed. Let me know how it goes.

we done this ship before but i just booked it again for November we always cruised in July we just got off the Mardi Gras, carnival out done there self's with that ship it was beautiful and big.. so now we want to royal again but how is the weather in November sailing out of Orlando to the Bahamas??
November is when Florida starts getting their first cold fronts. The water will still be warm (early November) in the Bahamas. Could be a little windy. We cruise Oct/early November every year and enjoy it. IMO November is basically a flip of a coin out on the East Coast of Florida. Hope that helps. Appreciate you watching and your comment/question.

It would have been right before she sailed to Texas. I had 9 hours of video, and lost all my video, and finally about 3 weeks ago I found someone that was able to retrieve about 75% of the video back for me. From my understanding it happened in January when Texas had that hard cold snap and would take a couple of months for all the plants to be replaced.
Mine would be different as I went on an 8 day cruise. Search the Allure of the Seas daily compass in google, that should come up that way. Let me know if that helps.
While I have never stayed in that cabin, looks like you have cabins above and below you. Bed is by the bathroom, you are kind of close to the elevators, but there is very few cabins where people will walk past you. You also will probably be able to see the bridge from your balcony so that is pretty cool going in and out of ports. I/we prefer the aft but that is just us. Forward and aft you can feel more movement then other areas. Hope that helps. Appreciate you watching and your comment.
Hi @jaysonJudson - were you going out of TX? The cigarette smell in the gym is a huge deal breaker for me. I also like to go to the gym and am very sensitive to cigarette smell. I wonder if that was something that was resolved.
It was out of Florida, but we have been on the Harmony twice and the Allure twice and imo we smelled it on every Oasis Class a ship unfortunately. The worst experience was this trip on the Allure. My wife who is very sensitive just walks in and out, she has said something to gust services and the spa and they don’t seem to have answers. Maybe we are more sensitive to it then other people, but when I asked people working out they were like oh is that what that is, I knew something smelled off. Sorry I that all the information I have. It wouldn’t stop me from booking the ships again, I would just use the walking track (like we have done before) on the Oasis class. @@JaysonJudson Thanks! That is helpful. We are leaning toward Mariner for 4 nights out of Port Canaveral. We live in St. Pete and only the very small ships go out of Tampa because of the bridge of course. I think those may be too small but Allure may be too big lol. Such hard decisions!!

Royal at this time allows you to bring a drone, you can’t use it on the ship or any of their private islands. And you need to check the islands you are going to because some of them are a pain, wanting you to have a local number etc. and others are more chilled. Appreciate you watching and your comment.
Yes, most of the food is free, unless you go a speciality restaurant you pay for that. Windjammer Buffet, Park Cafe, solarium, bistro, main dinning room, breakfast, lunch and dinner, promenade, café, Sorrento’s pizza are all included. Coco Cay - they have a good buffet, sometimes they have bbq, depending on the itinerary Labadee will have bbq and Coco Cay will not.
Oasis Class ships don’t have the ifly and the bumper cars. The Quantum class like the Odyssey of the Seas have the ifly and bumper cars. We just got off the Odyssey and I will have a full ship tour soon, it was an incredible ship. The Allure hasn’t been “amplified” which is a full update and adds things like the dry slide ultimate abyss, the water slides, and play markers sports bar. There is no plans as of yet, but rumors are that it will be in 2025. Thanks for watching and your comment.
Sorry catching up on my messages, yes there is a teen center. So deck 15 aft. Near the Padi drive center and the mini golf course there is a set of elevators. Right there is the The Living Room, Fuel Teen Disco and the back deck. That entire area is dedicated to teens. Appreciate you watching and your comment.
There isn’t any water slides on the Allure or the seas, it also doesn’t have a dry slide. The ship hasn’t been amplified by Royal as of yet.
