- We shot this property in village Koshmey , Tehsil Kalpa , Distt Kinnaur , Himachal Pradesh.The property belongs Mr Virender Negi and Family. The ancestral home is built by Mr. Virender Negi's great grandfather in 1890's. The construction started in 2014 and still in progress.
Building such a house in hilly area is no joke 💯🎉 congrats to family

@@kbnegi6879 Not sure why they are considered tribals? They are a land-owning community and they are natives of HP. Also, land-owning means they are wealthy, not many Indians have land to their name. Tribal label, in India, has a negative connotation as if they were some poor backward community. They certainly are living a life better than most Indians, and definitely a living standard of a 1st world country. I live in the West, and to get that view and clean air, you will have to pay thousands of dollars to afford this kind of luxury, which most Indians can't.
This is absolutely a masterpiece of great idea and patience.
I think this will motivate many Himachali to build beautiful houses in Himachal instead of buying flats in Chandigarh at crazy rates.
We feel the same. This will surely motivate people in many ways.
Motivation is one thing but not everyone is lucky as you and have no land on which they build a dream house,so they end up in buying flats in other states.
Please don't do that guys. Mountains are very fragile ecosystem. Don't get motivated by chutiya comments like this and overcrowd hilly areas. Go see landslide videos

Good modern house and with that view they are richer than Ambani and Adani. Their 150 years old house is even mote beautiful for me. But I agree one should enjoy modern facilities and heating once you earn the money.
Hope it’s ecologically sustainable and earth quake proof. In Himalayas one should be careful. They know better off course.
