Best review for this on youtube
If it was $100 I’d consider it, being $200 it’s a bit much for what I’d pay for. Great review btw!
I just got the simplehuman cleanstation, but Im concerned about long term UVC leakage/exposure, since I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment.
The problem is that it doesn't get rid of dirt, fingerprints, and grime. Alcohol pads get rid of dirt and germs in one go. So I'm not sure if these phone sanitizers are that useful. Also, the images on the website are highly misleading. They make you think it's cordless, but you actually need to plug it in. =/
Please post a follow up video on your s-4 squat stand, I’m interested in seeing how it’s working for you
I have two simple human trash cans and two soap dispensers. And a few other products so I love the brand BUT it makes NO SENSE to BUY this if it doesn’t clean the case. I’m so confused. I’ll just clean my case and phone the same way since it makes no sense to put my phone in this and then put it back into a “dirty case”
$200 for 2 , I would consider. I have soap pumps and garbage cans, wvwn the shower caddy from them. But this is expensive. Might as well use my UV light station for the resin printer.
I love mine! 🎉
Would it fit an iPhone XR with an Otterbox case on?
Hello, does it really clean the phone or just disinfect it? I mean does it remove fingerprints and dirt? Thanks
I think it's too small for phones in cases. "No Otterbox for you, iPhone!" I also think it's too small for overly long/tall Android phones, i.e., most recently-produced Android phones. The cleanstation would have been great for 2013's HTC One, though.
For 200$ I can buy multiple UV flashlights that do the same thing for 13$. So this thing doesn't actually "clean" maybe "dry sanitize"? It almost seems like a scam. Well thank you for the vid. This definitely helped me with my decision.
I am going to buy this. I’ve always been disgusted with how dirty cell phones are and how people bring them to bed and eat after touching them and don’t even think twice. I usually clean mine with alcohol prep pads when I come home but I end up going through so many. I purchased a Homeric UV bag to clean my phone but I then have to touch the bag again to open the zipper and take my phone out it felt more cumbersome for a germaphobe than just using the alcohol prep pads. This being touchless feels much better.
Shame it doesnt work for ipads
Laptops, instruments, game controllers etc is stuff we can’t clean with this product. But at least in my country we barely use physical cash!
Does it clean for only iPhones? But it's so nostalgic.
Does it have to stay plugged in? It’s not clear whether or not the unit has an internal battery. The promo videos on their website show it working unplugged, but states “plug-in” under power source.
Sorry for the confustion. It has to be plugged in. No battery. I was confused too since the ads all show no wire. Thanks!
Will this fit with a iPhone 13 pro max?
I'm honestly obsessed with it but I just can't get past the cord 😩
I would’ve liked your video if you had done the Petri dish test result
I just spray alcohol on it, covering the earpiece, and then I clean it with a cloth, if it helps anyone
alcohol damages your phone screen
@@GalaxyNexus1 it hasn’t done No harm to mine at all 🤷🏿♂️ I will never pay $200 for something I don’t know if it’s really working and this item is called A FOOL WITH MONEY WILL NEVER PROSPER 😉
@@demetriuscalloway1746 you may not have realized but it does. It damages the coating on the screen. But I'm willing to guess you paid far more than $200 for your phone. 🤔 And people pay lots of money for things they don't "know" will work all the time. $200 is too much for me to pay for this also, BUT I'm a big fan of the brand, have their products, and trust them. As for the tech, it's a known fact that it works and I haven't seen tests in this product, but have seen scientific tests done with competing products, proving they work.
@@demetriuscalloway1746 just say you broke alright 🤣
@@GalaxyNexus1 The oleophobic coating wears away pretty quick anyway, no big deal. All it really does is reduce the amount of visible fingerprints left on ur display.. 🤷🏼♂️
It's disappointing that it isn't a rechargeable battery like the soap/sanitizer pumps.
There wouldn’t be enough power in a battery. You’d be charging it daily 😂
Rechargeable batteries degrade over time
Must be nice when you have enough following people give you free or pay you to promote there product let be real Bro you wouldn’t buy this for $200 I understand it’s business but let’s keep it 💯 it’s plenty of cheaper ones you can buy even them barely sale my friend works at a store that sale the around $50 ones he said they might sale 1 per month if that but anyway keep up the good work I’m a new subscriber.
I'm having a very hard time finding this item
I was hoping that you put the iPhone 10 and after 30 seconds you get the iPhone 14 Pro Max
Yeah it is not worth $200. Sorry. I could see $100 being like an impulse purchase but 200 no that’s just too much for that.
$200 and not even clean those finger prints? for shame simplehuman
Can't find it on Amazon
Good don’t be a fool with money it will soon Departure is what the universe trying to tell you Read between the lines Bro they definitely went out of business quick this a Rich person item not even Middlle class think about it $200 think of the things you can buy or even invest with that money people get ahead of other people in life by making smart moves and this definitely not one at all on any level 🤷🏿♂️ I grew up listening to WISE PEOPLE.
Amazon has no quality control with products. You’re better off avoiding purchases on Amazon
200$ for a light to clean your phone & your ok with that ???
Just because something is disinfected doesn't make it clean. I don't know how you can call this a phone cleaner if it doesn't clean dirt, fingerprints, or attempt to ANYTHING to make the phone look cleaner.
Thanks Bro I was about to type the same response but shit for $200 I want the finger prints and everything gone 😂😂🤷🏿♂️
This product gets rid of the bad bacteria that you can’t see with your own eyes. Just as tiny as the bacteria on coins and door handles. But you bring your phone everywhere and you may even be touching your phone while eating dinner!
Mine is going back cuz when I drop my phone in, absolutely nothing happens, Save your money, folks,
I can get a shoe box to do the same thing.
So that right there is something we call "defective product". It tends to happen to mass produced products. You can exchange it for a working unit 🥴
I just use alcohol wipes to clean my phone it takes 10 seconds and doesn't cost $200
How much are they paying you for this joke of a review?
