How to: Mullet Hair Cut

Hey beautiful people,
Today I am going through how I would cut a mullet. Basically you are going to cut round layers throughout the whole head, excluding the hairline. with the rest of the hair, you are going to use a razor to bend out into longer lengths. razor in a rounded fringe and you are done.
