Tantara in Korean is a derogatory word for celebrity/performer. It is a slang term used to belittle dancers and singers in the past. It is not used these days anymore though.

iKON's full album includes solos from DK, Yunhyeong, and Junhoe. It is also Junhoe's debut as a producer.

My understanding is that Tantara is an old school dis on singers,dancers. This song is a total dis on their doubters. The other notable is they gave the dancers their own spot-doesnt usually happen. They had fun doing this and pointedly chose this song as their 1st song coming out from 143. They show once again why they are different as an Idol group. They prove they have talent if given a chance. This is what Freedom feels like and I'm here for it. Thanks for your reaction and support of iKON. 👍🙂🖖
