Urdu words:
Atta: can mean the dry wholewheat flour or can refer to the dough being used to make roti with
Pairra = a handful/round of raw atta dough
Khushka: dry flour used to dust the surface and roti

My roti are becoming close to round The first couple are a strange shape at the begin of rolling. I use a plain dowel not an American rolling pin, Odd shapes still taste good.
