My favorite was definitely the Clone Wars. There is no happy ending here, unlike the rest on this list. And that is what makes the finale so amazing, in my opinion
Ahsoka, Rex And Maul living at the end is an happy ending for that universe hahaha

I have a thing where I rewatch fullmetal alchemist brotherhood every.. idk sometimes year sometimes 6 months.. That story is just so rewatchable.

Actually all of these, I have zero complaints. And the samurai jack finale left me in tears

I haven’t seen all of Clone Wars yet but from what I have seen the season 1 finale left me inching for more and every season finale of avatar left me dying to see what happened next.

Ed, Edd, n Eddy Big Picture Show was truly a good series finale, especially the end where all the kids finally respect the Ed boys. The Samurai Jack series finale might not have been what we all expected, and may have had sad ending, but I for one am still glad that Jack finally defeated Aku and got back to his own time.

The fact that Futurama's "Meanwhile", didnt make it on this list is a travesty. One of the single most heartfealt endings in any animated show

I remember watching the Avatar finale with my brother on a really small TV while we were visiting our aunt as kids. Nothing could take away from how epic it was, and it absolutely deserves number 1!

Samurai Jack's ending was far too bitter-sweet; while I can see how tragedy plays a part in his life after his choices, Jack deserved so much more for his decades of solitude and silent isolation. I was very happy with the secret ending in his most recent game, which gives him and Ashi a proper, happy ending. While perhaps not canon, it is in my eyes, the true ending of the series.

the 4 part AtLA finale is like a great little movie
I was expecting Avatar to be on here before i saw it in the beginning clips, and i was expecting it to be in the top 3, and I'm very pleasantly surprised it is actually number 1 here. I was also not expecting Legend of Korra to be on this list, since i know people aren't as big of fans of it as they are of Avatar, so seeing LoK here on the list was really nice. I feel like LoK is underrated, and i think it is on par with the original Avatar show. So i am very happy that two of my all time favourite shows, and one of my favourite franchises of all time, made the list for both shows that currently exist for said franchise.
I'm surprised My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic final episode didn't make the cut. It was a beautiful and fitting end to the series that highlighted what made the series great and kept Equestria true to itself.
Disney's Gargoyles had a great ending also.

I think The Last Airbender might have been the first show I watched from beginning to end on cable, without missing an episode. It's definitely one of my favorite animated shows. The finale is nigh-perfect.

But when Sasha beat up Anne so easily, she stopped, saying that it was too easy and tears up, saying that she just wanna be her friend. Anne apologizes since she wanted to fix their friendship. Soon, the charge the final gem on the Calamity Box, Marcy demanded that they hand it over, to which the refused. (Im sorry about this but i include a death scene) Grime soon moved quietly behind Marcy, only for her to do a backflip, grabbed his sword and stabbed him, devastating Sasha. After Marcy mocked them about frogs and toads being gross, Anne and Sasha sword fight Marcy.
That's what I think season 2 will end.

i was hoping My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic season 9, and series finale was on here cause i really did like Twilight becoming the new Celestia, everyone having a great future together, and ending the series with a great song to end it.

The season 5 series finale of Samurai Jack had a downer ending. Good thing the alternate ending in the video game resolved that.
The animated series finale I've watched the most, to-date: "To the last stop/Lighthouse", episode 13 of Bloom into You (so far its only season... hopefully someday I can replace this one with the finale of Season 2!). After the incredible melancholy and pain of episode 12 ("Suddenly Suffocating"), Yuu and Touko's aquarium date in the second half of episode 13 is positive, uplifting and so lovely (the aquarium, btw, exists IRL - the Maxel Aqua Park, in Shinagawa Japan), and finally shows Yuu taking steps forward in her relationship with Touko. The insert song (Suki, igai no kotoba de) is a beautiful duet between the main two characters (or their VAs at least), and is easily my favorite song in all of anime. The whole episode brings tears to my eyes, and Ive watched it more than three dozen times
Cartoons now in days just don't have the same popularity from what we had in the early 2000s and 2010.
It was a great decade for cartoons until Teen Titans Go came along.

I rewatched Gravity Falls finally so many times that I lost count.
Honestly all of the Ben 10 finales apart from the original series were all great and memorable.
Alien Force: The final fight against Vilgax was so badass with Ben turning in to Ultimate Swampfire vs Vilgax's true form.
Ultimate Alien: while the fight vs Vilgax was extremely short when Azmuth took the Ultimatrix and gave Ben the perfect Omnitrix seeing how he matured since Season 3 of Alien Force and of course the RIP Dwayne McDuffy at the end was nice to see.
Omniverse: Seeing Ben cycle through all of his aliens throughout the years to stop the big bang then Feedback shoots out a literal BIG BANG KAMHAMEHA and kills Maltruent. Then Ben and Rook witness the universe being born then it was hinted at that Ben, Rook, Gwendolyn, and Kevin were gonna take a road trip to explore the universe.
This was a really good list.

I've seen every show on this list and the older ones like Kids Next Door made me remember just how much I loved that show and how much I miss it. All the shows deserve to be on here and personally I think Star Wars Rebels should've been on here but overall a really good list!
