The rappel didn't work in multiplayer, only local custom games. The only "advantage" you would gain would be it not working properly and see into a room but then it will just teleport you back.

The Fenrir bug, I uses it since last season TBF, and I found it when I tried to throw it out thought the hatch in the east balcony and then I tried it on 3rd floor bar hatch and on Skylar and it's did useful since it triggered when there someone near it
It was fun tbh doing it on ranked when Fenrir doesn't get ban

The ADS bug when you rappel needs to be fixed its like you aim in and it glitches out can get you killed at times
