Come on man. It is not unethical. It is repurposing. Social media is a massive mix of repurposing, remixing, reusing, copying, etc. The whole business world is built this way. There is nothing unethical about this method as I always ensure the original creators are credited if we use their content. I have built countless pages using these methods, and now people pay me to use their content.
Theme pages are built this way; it's a win-win for original creators. They get additional exposure. Remember the goal of this video is so that you can "kickstart" an account and then eventually, you can create your own content and turn it into a business :)
