Awesome Video! Since most of my friends use their computers for work and productivity these days, I've built 5 quad core machines with 9800 GT's from spare parts and ebay auctions so we can play older games on a LAN. It's so nice when a game has dedicated server software and tons of community maps and mods, and not so nice with crazy DRM that ruins the experience 10 years (or more) later. The steam cache is a great idea, I'll have to add that to my fileserver! Hope to see more videos like this!

a video about how to set up a local steam / origin cashing server would be sweet, also a video on how to setup a PFsense router for a lan of 20 to 50 people

On your game server. If you have 2 different game servers running on the server don't you need more then one ip assigned to the server for both game servers? How is yours setup?

I have a Cisco UCS C220 M3 I run a few servers what are the follwoing;
- Linux Turkey for Mine OS which run currently 3 different types of minecraft servers
- Ubuntu Server for websites
-Some OS for studying such as Kali linux
I am hoping to do more with it like game caching for all the different launchers, firewall stuff(For my university project).
I do want to break out to more stuff but I don't have the space or the money for the electric bill and another server atm

This is amateur stuff, what you really need is a server grade network card in everyone's PC so they can make a fully connected network.
