For context: At this time Kai was a popular streamer on Younow and received donations from fans through his streams. Kai would use his Younow donations to help pay for his college, most of which was paid for by Greg.
For a long time, Greg was against things like accepting donations from fans and selling merch for profit, both things that Kai did. (Greg began doing these things as well after the adpocalypse. He also made a Younow in 2017.)
Kai's fans had been asking him to bring Greg onto his stream for a while, so this was a highly anticipated stream. Greg ended up spending the stream bashing Kai, Kai's fans, and Younow. At the end of this stream, Kai tells his audience this is what Greg is like most of the time.

I think that Kai actually recruits people for Onision to ab*se (Billie, Sarah) - as an offering. I mean, I have a n*rcissistic parent, and I don’t do that. I have 0 sympathy for him. He's an adult; he's responsible for his own actions now. He's just as big of a piece of sh*t as Onision is. He actually lets Onision ab*se their kids and pets, and does absolutely nothing. He's just as big of a piece of sh*t as Onision is. He even recruits other people for Onision to ab*se (Sarah, Billie), and he allegedly ended up r*ping one of them (Sarah). She's suing them both now. 😒
