I noticed you didnt consider rir or rpe in the scheme for progressive overload, where does this sit in programming?
in the video you explain three ways of achieving progressive overload: through reps, load or sets. here, adding sets yields the biggest increase in volume. would you then say that this is the best way to achieve progressive overload?
Here is an updated video on progressive overload czcams.com/video/DJ_Ttwl6z5g/video.html
What is your opinion about sarcomeric hypertrophy and miofibrilar hypertrophy?
Your explanation was so good 🤍

Could you please summarise what the best way to achieve muscle hypertrophy is, I didn't really pick it up
this video should help czcams.com/video/do6GbuUavog/video.html
Can anyone help me? I am having a hard time keeping track and understanding this. I’m a little slow sorry but I NEED to understand better, trying to get shredded
How can I help?

I appreciate your video because you efficiently transfer knowledge. AthleanX is cool but not as thorough. Jeff Nippard is ok but his brand of video is like drinking out of a water hose, way to verbose and detailed for someone trying to apply practical knowledge to a workout. Keep up the good work and give those stick figures some funny faces.
😂 Glad you enjoy the content! Appreciate the feedback 💪
Jeremy either though he’s amazing
