It's obviously not an actual turbo in that sense. It's like how Porsche have released the Taycan Turbo S. Electric cars don't use turbochargers, but Chris Harris sums it up in about a sentence or three on Top Gear.
If you want a turbo/speed test, do it on sun valley run, there's an abandoned airport and long straight road. And activate the turbo system when it's 300+ km/h if you want a crazy speed.
Mechanically Rivals' is better! But the sound and visual effects of Turbo were off the charts in Hot Pursuit! It feels like your car is about to explode at any moment!

How does it work? Every time I try to activate it a red flame comes out of the exhaust and then nothing happens, that's all
Sometimes when you set your preference in Alldrive to public the turbo fails to work, set to private mode and your turbo will always work.
