honestly a good theory, and obviously knowing oda, he could go into a completely different route and just continously tease everyone but this theory is honestly very nice and I love how much effort one piece fans put into their theories.

I actually subscribe to 555. You see Luffy had a crew mate before he met Zoro. It was Nika. His devil fruit. It contains a soul. On the Grand line we also met Vivi, and most people consider her a Straw Hat despite her not being on the ship. In the new world we have Jinbe, Yamato, who will show up at the end to go to Laugh Tale like Oden, and now Bonney. That leaves just 2 more. But I think we already have them. The Sunny and Caribou. I think the Sunny's clabbauter man will eat the paw paw fruit and the ship will become sentient, and Caribou will remain the unofficial final crew mate. A stowaway rat that sometimes causes mischief, but always ends up helping the crew at crucial moments.
I think that the main one that we are missing from new world is actually Caribou.

It's either going to be a new member who has a suspicious background, or Caribou as we would all kinda expect him to do that.
Bro you ignore the fact she’s a 12 year old girl… and we’re this far into endgame. She wasn’t even the primary focus of kumas flashback. She care for her dad and no one else. She’s gonna be taken care of by vegapunk and the revs. That’s it. She’s the law companion of this arc.
And dude there’s nothing anywhere that promises or guarantees that oda is going to literally base luffy and his final crew off Christ and his disciples. He said 10 from chapter 1… and it’s going to remain 10. You’re juggling way to much screen time with characters at that point. And 10 titanic captians… like dude please think. 😓🤦♂️
She can't be alone, she went against the world government. There are two options: she joining the Straw Hats or the Revolutionary Army.
I had a person who was arguing about this and I basically said Bonny would be basically homeless and now with vegapunk might be dead, she’s gonna live with the giants (wasted potential) or join like any good story the second strongest/broken character will be the last to join.
I say this is because if they do a quick few weeks of training like in wano to get a grip of nika while they all lick their wounds. We might see a getting ready for a grand war. Noah well be fixed, the straw hat alliance will come and boa might come to be with luffy again. Blackbeard will be one of the final boss battles so I don’t see luffy tanking black beard this year.
Luffy said at the beginning of his adventure that he wanted 10 crewmates so I think it wound be 12 in the end

At this point if she join the STrawhat it’ll make sense. She can’t make it in the new world alone, and after witness Luffy is the real NIKA that’s another reason she would want to join and after knowing kuma is her dad, that’s another reason Luffy will accept it knowing kuma saved him twice..
Nami is no coward, she is far from being a coward, well she is weak so Nami and Usopp is the two weakest members. The difference between Usopp and Nami is in fact that Nami is not a coward like Usopp however she do not like taking risks and do value her life, tend to not want getting hurt so just because she tries to avoide doing stupid stuff that could risk her life and run away from enemies far stronger than her, it does not mean cowardice it's just logical for someone who do not want to die. When push comes to shove and Nami have to fight she is taking her enemies head on and she is not a coward she is actually rather brave!
I'd say that Usopp and Chopper are the duo being cowards most of the time and Nami is not a part of it as her standing up to kaido and Ulti, her fighting Cracker etc. that prove that she is no coward at all). Nami and Usopp are the weak duo as the weakest ones, Usopp and Franky are the the geeky duo doing mecha, Nami and Robin are the smart/intellectual ones, Robin and Jinbe are the calm/mature ones, Brook and Zoro both use swords, Nami and Jinbe's role are both connected to each other and they both know how to handle the sea, Zoro and Sanji compete over strengh all the time, Zoro and Franky are the manly hard boil ones, Brook and Sanji are two big perverts, Sanji and Nami are the best at cooking (yes Sanji is the chef genius but Nami tend to cook when he is gone), Usopp and Luffy the goofy playful ones. It's like that!

I believe she will join the crew too because it fits the narrative. The only other thing that would fit is her, joining the Revolutionary Army following Kuma's Steps. Only the Straw-Hats or the RA can protect her, so it either this or that. no other options.

But Luffy Already Said He Wanted a 10 Man Pirate Crew
Depend on what translation it is, in one he said he wanted 10 crewmembers but in another one he said he wanted around 10 crewmembers not neccessary that it had to be exactly 10, also he did not count himself. Luffy said that he would be the one to take down all the 4 Emperiors, in Fishman Island he said he would kick Big Moms ass however that did not end up happening since Kidd and Law was the ones to do so not Luffy. That means that what Luffy says is not always set in stone.

If I remember correctly Oda said last SH member is his former enemy so I doubt she will join but she is definitely part of SH Grand Fleet. Kizaru in other hand... idk or maybe got surprise encounter with Bon clay or Vivi right before Elbaf arc.
