That’s like something Kahn would build, but that Jimny is a stunning looking tank of a vehicle. The Kahn Defenders are like the company name, Chelsea Trucks. I can see a lot of accidents happening as drivers will think it’s a Defender, just a lot further away.

@@tronicit I've towed more than a couple of suzukis out when off roading in my old 64 series and my 110 300tdi has never let me down in 10 years oh and I'm not rich, I wonder how many of these fun little suzukis will be around in 30 years. Jimnys are great for short sighted people or a bit of weekend wrecking fun as I've owned a few but they tend to be rot boxes

Someone has done a nice custom job on it. But a Defender? Not a chance. It’s half the size for a start & the drivetrain is designed to take a modest engine. Fitting a big power plant to that will just result in failed driveshafts & axles.

1) the standard Jimny is more defender then the defender will ever be 2) the Jimny is also similar in proportions to the original series 1/2/3 3) even with the price hikes and gouging its waaayy better value then the Defender 4) it won’t break down like a defender 😂
