I own a small cleaning company servicing short term rentals. i manage my own property on airbnb and vrbo. i also offer property assistance. etc.....i want to start offering vacation rental management providing doing their listings, in charge of it. guests etc.... i also will be the cleaner. My question is , would i create an own the listing for the client, or create a listing as the client?

How much do you charhe the host is it by % or do you list tje propertu and up the price ? 2. How much do you pay for someone to clean it it would seem most of tje eatnings u make would have to be used to pay tje cleaning persons? Or how does that work? 3. Final question does the property owner give you written permission in tje contract on order to list their property on the air bnb site or how does this work?

Man this stuff sounds so exploitative, having a cleaner on call everyday? Why not just hire 2 or 3 cleaners and have them be on call for different days of the week?

Mmmm thought about cleaning for a airbnb. As well as co hosting....

What’s the best way us (the Project Manager or Co-host) outline a contract or be paid out by the existing host?

How much did you charge them for cohosting?
It definitely depends on the scenario, but cohosting can get you up to a couple hundred dollars a month

All costs should be paid by the primary host, even if he has you do the work and then reimburses you.
How much is your part por co-hosting? Ive hear that 30% of the income is standard
