Well, mr akol may u stop defending ur self. I believe strongly that were given some money in connection with apaa land. On (penmogi) government tried to use late major gen oketa to acquire the land of apaa but oketa stood strong and said to his senior that " acoli people are just from a 20+yrs of war and that they need to be given time and enjoy the peace that they have yet got. Things became hard and later government opt to use penmogi but it was hard since oketa was yet alive. The best way to make penmogi succeed was to first eliminate oketa. And government did the elimination of oketa. Penmogi fear oketa since they both came from pabbo. Respect to olanya Gilbert. Otim is telling you to do that which is right for the benefit of acoli people.
