any ideas for this tweak issue: when my elbow is fully extended, my grip causes tons of pain in my forearm extensors. really annoying, also barbell rows piss it off

I’ve coached myself for years with input from different sources but I literally started a program of another coach I respect last week, I will name them eventually but it’s week 1 of my program so I’m not going to advertise for them until I know I’m happy with everything! (I’m sure I will be hence me asking haha) but I’ve learnt from things In the past that it’s best to wait a few months so I understand the full experience of working with someone before plugging them everywhere! Not trying to be a dick or anything it’s just the main benefit to me is the fact I’m peaking for a comp in November so I need to be kept accountable to staying in lane and not peaking to early or anything (I have a habit of just getting silly strong when I program myself which isn’t good if I do that in June haha. Won’t be able to hold it till November and I’ll just be injured)! Hope that makes sense ☺️
