Daechwita refers to traditional Korean music played while the king is on his way to an important place. Daechwita (literally "great blowing and hitting") is a genre of Korean traditional music consisting of military music played by wind and percussion instruments, generally performed while marching.
It can also mean "Big Shot". This music was performed in the march of a king or an attributive and an army march organized by a wind instrument and a percussion instrument. Agust D used it here to show that he is the king and his fans are a the ARMY. It a way to say that in this industry, they should play "daechwita" when he and his ARMY walk because their existence is an honor that you should celebrate. Also, they walk as the others bow down to the ground in respect. Their faces are not seen and they are all wearing the same clothes. No one stands out or rules over but the king.
The one he's wearing is actually a traditional clothing that only kings could wear. You see like traditionally asians grow hair of and take care of it which shows rank on society. If i wasn't wrong i can't remember the name of the king way back but he also has a scar. He was actually renowned for his ruthlessness and bravery for breaking the stereotypes of what kings would be. If im wrong please correct me. In korea if you have a scar you can't be a king, but min yoongi broke that stereotype and became a king with a scar on his face. I stan a king. I stan a boss.
In his other Agust D album there's a track called The Last he said that "Min Yoongi is dead. I killed him." But this time he killed Agust D (The King) because he doesn't need a persona, like a mask to pretend that he's a celebrity anymore, because the little poor boy that he was just grew up and made it so now Agust D, Suga and Min Yoongi are the same person. It's my version of the MV... Because sometimes celebrity lose who they really are, they're quite like acting in front of the public...

A historical drama where Yoongi plays the character of the twins: the tryant King Min of Joseon and the rebel brother Yoongi
The reason why they have both have an identical scar in their eye is because they were twins cursed at birth. The scar allows them to feel each other so every time that they're close to each other, their scar throbs painfully. At their tender age, they promised to each other that they would rule side by side but their parents had to separate them for their own good because the pain the scar gives to them was too much. King Min grew up in the palace while the other Yoongi grew up in poverty away from royalty. As young King Min was groomed to be the next King, he saw how his father poorly treated their people which made him think a lot of his brother's condition outside the palace walls. But as time goes by, without the presence of his other brother Yoongi as he grows, he grew more tyrannical and became paranoid from everything so when he has been crowned as the new King of Joseon, the people suffered even more under his rule. On the other hand, Yoongi who is away from the palace, experienced those unfair treatment and became a victim too as he grows, thus this led him to decide and that is to usurped the throne from his brother.
Only his brother can defeat him. And that's how King Min knows his rebel brother Yoongi is on his way to dethrone him.

Gwanghae is king of Joseon Dynasty(Korea from 1392 to 1910) who was deposed in 1623 by the rebellion. Also there is a myth that Gwanghae has been replaced by someone who lookes just like him during his reign. I think this mv referred to this. Gwanghae was a king of Joseon dynasty. He had many hardships in life due to political factions. He's often portrayed as a despot but in modern days, he is considered one of the wiser kings rather than a despot.
It's a fictional period movie about Gwanghae secretly ordering his secretary to hire a man looks like him in order to avoid constant threat of assassination. Later, tension grows btw the two Gwanghae.
