Water- 2 Cup
For Kudhira Vazhi Curd Rice (Barnyard Millet)
Kudhira Vazhi Arisi(Barnyard Millet)- 1 Cup
Water- 3 Cup
Salt to Taste
Oil- 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Ginger- 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli- 2
Red Chilli- 2

Foxtail Millet- 1 cup
Ghee-2 tbsp
