Thank you so much Michelle, I also love the cover I didn't think it was going to come together but I was really happy with it. I really like the frame at the back of the bird 🐦
I'm finding this years later, but I really appreciated seeing someone else who crafts and makes their decisions at a slower pace. The deciding of each element always takes me a bit, so watching this felt like watching myself make something. 😄 I also liked the simplicity of your choices. Often times junk journals are decorated well beyond what I would consider to be my own style. So seeing you say that it looked good to you as is, and stopping was a nice refreshing change.

@@Tania-Tatttytreasure 😬 I haven’t dipped my toe into water of filming on CZcams yet Tania 😉 I’m still a beginner and still trying to get my head around what type of glue to use 😂😂
The glue quest takes about a year to complete 😂 and still then you keep trying others just incase

I love this project. I have seen your other video starting this project and also you March gratitude tag and like them both. I didn’t comment though because I was so tired from taking care of Mom that I didn’t think I would make any sense. I’ve got to head back to Mom’s and relieve my sister so take care and know I’m watching and I’ll comment if I’m not so tired.

Beautiful cover, Tania! TFS the inspiration! Got my journal together and working on the cover. I like the idea of decorating the envelopes first. Wish I would have thought of it before I started. Oh, well, next time, right?

Hi Sally the birds I used was from a book but Lorna from Taylor made journals has a good bird fussy cut digital that you can resize

I know this is an older post, but hopefully someone will see this and answer. Where did all of the birds come from? Did you fussy cut those from other papers so they are all over? I have a friend who loves realistic looking birds and another one who loves realistic owls so I just wondered.

Amazon it wasn't alot but book prices do go up and down. The book is like A5 size with a bird on each page so there a nice size
