Adam Varney the green was very long. I estimate 140- 200 yards, so for me I could reach the green relatively safely with all the clubs from pitching wedge to 5 iron.

Most people who bat left handed in cricket are actually right handed. Golf is more finess, so most people play it right handed, even lefty bat Brian lara plays golf right handed. Also its easier to get right handed clubs.
