Just WOOOOOOW!!!!!! This is by far one of the best interviews I have seen in a very long time on the Breakfast Club. I’m so inspired as a black business owner and so hopeful that we as blacks and brown people are heading in the right direction. All we want is fairness and we will continue to push forward until we get it! And it’s not that far! Thanks to these two very powerful Black Icons and American Heros.
Ps. We have to start holding our Black Churches accountable for not putting our black money in black owned Banks! EVERY Monday morning, Black churches put hundreds of millions if not billions of Black dollars into white Banks only for those money to be given to whites as loans to help keep us behind!

But oftentimes ppl see bad in a place and then place labels on that thing forever because we're tribal, and you see what you expect! At a time when I feel like the progress of African-Americans are being slowly rolled backwards it makes my soul feel good to know that there are great people in our culture working tirelessly to move The culture progressively forward. This is what should be taught in our children’s schools from preschool through our grade school and high school and on the collegiate level so the race/culture can move away from depending on white folk. Love you guys! Keep up the great work!

Thank you Breakfast club for the platform and Cheryl Mckissak and Don Peebles for taking the time to speak to us. Very informative and needing conversation for our people to have. I think we definitely need more Black people involved in government behind closed doors to help these initiatives pass.

This!! Now we have to intentionally...unapologetically...support projects like this. We have got to start training our children to build businesses so we can be financially in charge of our talent.
I handle RFP for a major corporation....I have a hard time FINDING BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES to give these projects to.
My children will go to college but they will have trade certifications....the social respect we required...historically....has financially harmed us....IN THE BIGGER ECONOMIC PICTURE. Education is important but don't get stuck being the best highly educated worker for a white corporation who's leaders aren't half as educated nor skilled as you but 10 times richer and wealthier than we will ever have access to. We have to take the risk and join this movement for the FUTURE.

I’m definitely sharing this on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter!
These Democrats have forgotten who placed them in their position. There is so much that they can do for Black Folks, for example… Payoff Student Loans, Home Owners Grant for first time buyers, Rewrite the Laws that allow the Courts to incarcerate Black folks for possession of weed etc. The list goes on.
    Thank you Breakfast Club! 🔥🔥✌🏾

One of the biggest problems in the African-American community is we do not support black owned financial institutions and we don't have a black owned financial institution who will lend money to the community I mean if you just simply look at all of the disrespect that blacks are receiving from some of the white Caucasian Banks you would think that we wouldn't bank with them but no black people continue to bank with white Caucasian financial institutions who treat us bad so in other words we accept a white Bank with bad customer service but we won't accept a black bank with bad customer service
