I’m so glad that you left in the part where the cutter came out of the blade and you struggled to put it back in, because I’ve never related to anything more! 😂
You don't need professional filming! Your videos are exactly what we want to learn about. We want the information, not fancy background etc. Stay doing what you did here! Thank you!!
You don't need pro filming Your vids are so clear in visual and the information you share we all appreciate everything you give here :)
what beez knez said. i have learned so much from you jun. xo s
completely agree!
Yesterday I was cleaning my blade and the little plastic thing came off, I tought the whole blade was broken, so I threw it away. Today I saw your clip and I litteraly fished the blade out of the bin! Hahahaha!!! Now I’ve put it back together and oiled it. Thank you so much! It works again!
This totally made my day!!! 🥰🙌👍 I just saved a blade's life!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you so much. I started grooming my Golden Doodle during CoVID, and somehow missed how to care for my blades. This is very clear, and I love that you accidentally slid the blade apart and then showed us how to put it back together. That is real life!!! I am likely to do that and would have struggled more without your film.
This is what I was looking for.
A 1st time groomer here. I’d picked up A Ceramic Blade and none of the videos I watched before finding you really helped.
Awesome!!! I needed to see the interior to know what I’d be handling. Thanks so very much!!
Thank you so much! You saved me from freaking out because My blade slipped all the way apart when I was trying to clean it! I so appreciate your clear instructions - and you don’t need a more professional set up - this worked perfectly!
This is a second time I’m cleaning and oiling the blades and twice I benefitted from watching your instructions. Thank you so much!
Love your smile and genuine nature to help others.
Thank you, had lots of problems with my blades in the past, this video really helped me get a better understanding about how to properly maintain them.
Just wanted to say that i loved this video first time seeing your videos!! already subscribed, you have a very interesting voice to teach ,just the speed needed, plus the accent you give to your speech is amaizing, you have a teacher talent!! I’m very impressed!! Congrats!! Great guy!!!!
Thanks, I have been trimming my own 2 toy poodles for 2 years. I usually clean and oil my blades but I like the way that you explain how to clean and take care of grooming tools. I love grooming my own dogs. I may watch more of your videos.
Thank you so much for the most clear and friendly! clipper maintenance on CZcams! None of the others really show the details as well. BRAVO!
This was extremely helpful, and very concise, not wrought with narcissistic yattering like a lot of how-to vids. Thanks!
Actually I'm glad the balde fell off. The other day I was cleaning and oiling the clipper blades of the place I work at and I found myself thinking about what I would have done if I took all the blade out of the metal part... Now I know, you saved my life in the future! =D Thanks!!!!!!
I sure do appreciate your video. I actually ended up changing the drive on my clippers and now they work again. I think now I know why the drive wore out. Thank you.
Dude, bless you for this video. Long story, but you saved me from a complete meltdown due to a blade that came improperly assembled, plus, I learned how to care for them at the same time.
Hi Jun, you are a real inspiration. I'm not a groomer, but I have two dogs (a Cockapoo and Bichon) whom we adore so I wanted to learn how to groom them myself. I suffer from various allergies so I would struggle going on a grooming course. But somehow since my dogs don't malt very much I no longer react to their hair. Your videos are great and your story of how you became a dog groomer is fascinating. And your wife must also have a beautiful heart for supporting you
I been to Vietnam the culture and people are beautiful.
Thx for the "slip-up" when the parts of the blade where separated. I had that problem, and was just now checking you tube to find a fix!! Lucky me
It's pretty easy to put back to together by loosening the back screws so you can lift up the piece better and just slip the blade in there again. Then just tighten screws.
This really helped, especially with the clear instructions! Thanks for making this Jun
I just found you 😊, you don't need a bunch of "professional" improvements, I had ordered the Andis AGC+ ProClip clippers but when they came there wasn't any instruction manual for them so I've been watching videos on how to use and care for them and just couldn't find anything that actually made sense to me but then I found your video, your awesome, thank you so much for explaining stuff in plain talk so old people like me can understand 🤔😊
Thank you found this very helpful, didn't want to ruin my blades now you have made it way easier.
I’m pretty new to grooming and your videos have helped me a lot, thank you!
You helped me SO much!! I have an Andis. I am not a pro groomer. But, during the coronavirus, I had to do something to get my Cocker Spaniel clipped. She was miserable! I now know why people love these clippers with the removable blades. I had no idea how to remove or clean them until this video. I now see I need at least one more blade and the cool spray too. I had to stop clipping before I was finished because the blade got too hot.
So much wisdom jam-packed into one video on dog clippers! Love it! :) It was good to see what happened when the blade slipped out and how you fixed it using the hemostat tool - a real life moment. Your fun personality, great instruction and tips, compassion towards animals, and willingness to share your philosophies will draw more people to you and your channel. Thank you!
+TripleLotus Thank you so much for such a sincere and kind comment. I'm so happy that you took the time to watch this video, and to leave such an encouraging comment. I really appreciate your support!
Thanks for the helpful video!
The liner deal is what no one talks about! I had no idea where it came from!
thank you, I didn't know a lot about what you just taught us, even the blades sliding back and forth and the whole blade drive thing. Super helpful.
Your the best truly the only person who Actually gets up close n visual with the information your giving n showing ThankYou from Australia Beez :)))
Thanks for taking the time to make this video. Greatly appreciated!
great video bro your saving me a ton of money. when I get blades like that I have a jar for all bad blades to be sharpened and it get expensive to sharpen 20-40 blades every couple months
Jun I just seen your goodbye vid. I closed fakebook 3 yrs ago and never looked back. I only look on youtube for diys or alternative media. ( real news) Good luck with everything, I always appreciated you!
I had no clue the blades did that either. Learn something new everyday.
Thank you Jun this is a great straight to the point. To many long, non informative and videos. We don't need fancy just great information in a short time.
Thanks Jim! Keep on being genuine and sharing!
Thanks Jun! I want to replace my plastic blade guides for a clipper with all metal parts. This was super helpful.
Fantastic video! I didn't know the blade slid apart - struggling to get it back in again but I can see how you did it
I was taking apart the clipper head every time and cleaning it and it was a big pain in the A$$ to put back together. Thank you so much for these great tips! Real time savers 😁👍
This was INCREDIBLY helpful! Can't thank U enough 4 the 'slip up' with the blade coming apart AND how 2 fix it!! That alone was more helpful than 3/4 of the grooming videos on youtube! ;) Appreciate your videos so much!!
Same here, the swearing coming from my house before I found this video was out of control! Just seeing how the dang short blade slides in the groove saved me.
Thank you so much for... great video. One of the best videos I have seen on clippers.
The best groomer in the universe! Idol!
I loved the idea of putting them on the clipper in the wash! How that is awesome I'm going to do it tomorrow. Wow is all I can think love it.
Hi Jun, thanks for this, its exactly what I needed to know. Have just recently bought a clipper for my Lhasa and after her first major clip, it was already starting to catch so I thought it might be broken :-) Just needed a clean.
Appreciated your video. I always forget to oi the blades. I turned mine on and oiled it while watching your vid. and I could hear the difference as the oil got into the blades ~ Thanks!!
Thank you so much, we deconstructed the blade and didn't know how to put it back. we had to pause though your video and look at how the blade was put together. and got it to work again. Thanks.....
Super helpful I groom my own dogs I want to groom when I am older and had no clue how to clean it. Your video is very helpful especially when your mental piece fell out mine did two then my plastic piece it was very helpful very clear and informative. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Nothing wrong with simple informative videos, good job, thanks👍
I have the same clippers, and very nice video by the way. I have a poodle with the thickest hair you could ever see and that tool works. I use 5FC blade. It takes a lot of skill to groom efficiently. It takes me about eight hours to get her done. She's 42 pounds. A standard poodle.
Where were you 9 years ago when I was so ignorant and then learned so many wrong ways???? I am just in love with how caring you are!!!!
Your video is great! Love the idea of spending time cleaning and sharpening blades! You are really nice!
Thank you for this. I have been getting very frustrated with my blades catching and not cutting smoothly. Hopefully this will help.
I Just got my agc2 and when I open it up I got a little piece that didn't know what to do with but in this video you Just show me what it was and I can change it when the agc needs it. I thought that I have to change it right away. Maybe you can make a video about what you get when you buy your agc2 for the very first time. Thank you so much
Loved this video! Very informative and helped explain the why's of what you were doing. It wasn't too overwhelming and allowed me to take easy notes on clipper maintenance 🥰
This was super helpful actually the first time I opened my new dog grooming tool I dropped it on the floor and the blades came apart and I had to learn how toput the blades back together. Thanks for doing this.
thank you! I was ttrying tto explain how to clean and oil blades and this made it so easy to see
Air compressor, Andis Cool spray and oil and you're golden. Great video
Awe dude save those dimes!! There’s not A thing wrong with your quality of videos.
Your giving is knowledge and you seem to have A very good heart!! I’m next door, I’m in AZ & work in Utah.
I didn't know the blades came out like that either to clean them . Thanks for posting this !
I didn’t know the blades came out like that either, but I’m not a professional. Thanks for another great video. This is a very helpful video! Where do you buy your blade drive replacement? Yes, please show us how to change it out. I’ve had mine for six years, and just groom my pups.
The easiest video I have found on how to clean! Thank you
Omg thank you. I spent hrs trying to add this blade back on!
This video is very informative. You don't need professional filming. The quality is great.
Thank you so much Jun you are a legend.
tommy fishing this is the most EPIC compliment I’ve ever received 🥰🙏🙌 your flattery game, sir, is very strong! 💪 🤣
Such a helpful video, I had no idea the blade moved 😬🙈. Thanks
You sound very humble ❣️
Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge with us …
Thank you so much 😊🙏🏼
Good video.. Oil is your best friend. Oiling your blade will lengthen the life of the blades. The clipper loves oil, it makes its job easier. The sharpening is easier on me if people use oil blades and it's better for how long the sharpening last. Oiling your blade makes the friction of the 2 peices of metal to reduce heat and it will have less noise. If your blades turn orange with a rust look then you need to oil. Great video, you know more than a lot of clipper blade sharpeners. Use a flat head screwdriver instead of hemostats it's a little easier and you should try H-42 for oil it is amazing oil sanitizer. Have a great day and keep it sharp and running at full speed. If you need an experienced Diamond wheel clipper blade sharpener look me up.
thank you soooo much!!!! I did not know the blade could slide too !!!!! Jun can I use the same oil for the clippers ??? I love your lessons , I learn so much with you.Thank you !!!!
Thanks Jun, this vid is very helpful!
This is such a great and informative video. Thank you so much! I’m much more confident now to use my trimmers on my doggo!
Greetings from Wales, Great info, By chance I bought a few weeks ago the same clippers you use, so very informative. Your videos have been invaluable in helping me groom my Bichon and Shih tzu cross. Many thanks from across the pond. Keep up the great work....
I bought those clippers about 8 years ago and I woud suggest that you will be surprised how much you'll enoy your clippers .................. watch the heat of the blades and you should be golden
Thank you so much. I had no idea the cutting blade would move. Mine almost didn't! I've been grooming my Shih Tzu for about a year now, 'cleaning' and oiling my blades all wrong.
Thanks a lot I am a Barber and I had no idea that these blades come apart that way. My blades get hot really fast so hopefully piling them better will help!
Love his reference to Lincoln and his sharp ax👍
Hello! I just found this video since I have been grooming my silkie . I have an Andis with a ceramic tip, and it's screwed onto the clippers. Any tips on how to clean those type?
You a born teacher. Aligning blades has me flummoxed at the moment, if you could cover that some time
+John Salmond Thank you so much! That's a great idea :-) Thank you for the feedback.
Great video, Jun. I have a problem I hope you can help me with. I have the same clippers as you and wanted to change the blade but couldn't get the blade off. It is as if the blade seized up onto the clippers. Any suggestions?
Amazing worked perfectly thank you for saving me time one happy doggy 😍
Super helpful video, man! Quick question, can I use blade oil on my shears as well? Or is there a different oil I should be using for my shears?
Very helpful! Didn't know I could slide the bade open like that!
Hi Jun, thanks for the video. Can I do the same for other brand's clipper blades? Also, which type of blade wash did you use?
I can not get my drier to blow that hard I gave double k ad...I've tried everything I can't find any where to buy new house or nozzle. what drier are you using
Hola late to the party but advice on getting rust off the blades. I've clearly been letting them get too dry. I'm changing things around but the damage is done. Thanks in advanced and Tha KS for this video. If you have a more recent one I'd love to see it!
thanks mate, my ANDIS 4FC has gone blunt after 10 cuts on our west highland terrior, i have cleaned and oiled as per your video, but it feels sharp as on the finger, if i was so get sharpen do i only sharpen the small teeth or can i buy just the small teeth? my 7F and 10 are still good thanks
Thank you!! 3:42 that plastic part came off and i had no idea where it came from! xD so glad i found this vid
Thank you. I love this. I have been cutting my 7 little dogs’s coat myself a few years now and totally burn through blades. Only question is what is the cleaning solution made of?
You are so kind, thank you ❤️
Hey Jun!!! You're awesome!!! Thank you for you videos!!! When u slid the blade open and it came apart :0 the little black rod like thing fell out!!! Where does that piece go??? Thank you. Any info you give even simple little tips helps new groomers like me!!!!! Thank you so very much from Hawaii!!!
Do you have a brother in Coachellla Valley? Your outlook on life, your attitude is exactly like my foot doctor down here in the Palm Springs area. Keep up the great job!
The BEST part of this video is when that little cylinder fell out when the blades were separated. That is called a Blade Guide and mine broke (on a 20- year old A5 Turbo clipper.) Oster has no info on how to replace that Blade Guide, and it's not on CZcams either. But EUREKA it just happens to be on your video. So I spent $1.49 on a new part instead of $150 on new clippers. Thanks!
Hi I love your videos... Can you please make a video about the blades of the clipper.. like what to use if you want long or short hair or safe blades for beginner.. thanks heaps!!
Loved your demonstration video! Top notch
I have bgrc pretty much the same. But I never knew you had to get new blade drives. I didn't know that even came out! When would you know when you replace that?
I've started watching your videos recommended by other groomers, and have a question I don't believe you covered. I use the Andis AGC 2 speed, I'm having trouble with the clippers, I did just have my blades sharpened, when shaving a dog after every 'stripe' I have to stop and take my blade brush and clean the hair off the blade, fur gets stuck so quickly in the blade it won't cut properly. I can't decide if I need a new blade drive, or maybe my blades are aligned improperly. Can you do a more in depth video on clipper maintaince and blade adjusting, how its supposed to look and how it should not look. Signs the blade drive needs changed or how to tell if it's a different issue. Thanks so much in advance!
Subscribed! So glad I came across this video. So informative, and love your relaxed and fun style of presenting Jun. On my fave list now for sure ... thanksl!
Thanks so much this video was really helpful
thank you i didn't know about how to clean the clipper thank you so much
Wow extremely helpful thank you so so much!!! I had no idea the blade slid out like that amazing lol thank you!!
Wow I love that storage box.
The reason why I logged into CZcams was because I wanted to know the best way to store the blades.
Your thoughts ?
Informative Information.... Answered all my issues in one short video!!! *claps* Mahalo!!!
Your the best. Thank you for your videos. You video quality is great and your content is great.
Where do you order the replacement inner blade and how often do you recommend doing that?
Very informative, thank you! 🙏
