I think it’s C4 not C6 because of the burst duration, but the damage isn’t as impressive for C6 but really yummy for C4 ( which is the same burst dmg for C0 )

I remember meeting a level 40 Sigewinne in co op and I don’t know what the player was doing but she was doing more than my level 90, triple crowned C1 Neuvillette (who does like- 45k per tick on charged attack with no reactions or resonance)
Sigewinne was murdering them
There was just a stack of numbers

At least c4 she had a shield more bounces and longer burst
C6R5 emblem 4pc. Damage in genshin is linear(?) with an average build, experience players will know what constellations a character has. Those with CR100-CDMG300 are richer players who throw a lot of money into creating resin to keep farming good artifacts everyday... for the 5s of fame in youtube.
The sigewinne is c1 because her bubble bounced without diminishing in size and i didnt see her make a shield (C2) while holding her bubble?

Well, Furina is better at all-around buffing and support, but I also believe she gives the least amount of buffing of any support character. So if you’re in need of a character to buff your attacks, Furina is the best pick. Sigewinne can either be used as a healer, or a dps like in this video. Usually Furina could be considered “better” but I believe both characters are better at certain things compared to the other.
