With a maximum speed of 220 strokes/minute, the High Speed Twin Track T-Shirt Bag Making Machine Model HSP-VTX-350 Delta yields a production of 440 Bags/min. It permits you to print 2 Pre-Gusseted Tubular Rolls on the machine. Two Servo Motor & Drive System with Dual Photocell sense the Print Mark, converting 2 rolls at a time.
A Hot Knife seals and cuts the film automatically, stacking them into bunches of 50 bags. A batch count is done before the Gripper function brings these bags forward to the Online Punching Station to get the Handle Punching done and the bags are ready to be collected on the Auto Conveyor.
