tbf, he ain't bad. And eyja alter is, for most maps, broken as hell. But then we have Lumen who can remove stun and you'll start wondering which godly medic to bring to a stage when you normally have to reserve the other medic spot for nightingale to counter arts damage. Exe alter has the same problem. We already have too many broken guards to fit that max squad size of 12 units and if you have Mlynar, you know he's the delete all button and may not need anyone else. Like, other than a few vids after Chongyue is released, he's gone like going ino the backrooms. So if you have limited resources and want to use OP for skins, it might be best to skip to Eyja alter or simply to Typhon or Virtuosa.
Lumen is fine but wandering is better in some places.
@@815TypeSirius true that. Hence why I said Eyja alter is broken in most maps. Other wandering medics aren't bad, but their abilities can more or less be replaced with Lumen and his broken S3. When Eyja comes out however, Lumen will only be needed when facing hard stun/freeze enemies. And for a free op to only be replaced by a limited op, that's quite something.

Spuria ....I'm guessing s1 is for helidrop Crowd control attempting to get those 1 second stuns off. like using aak for crowd control, nobody does it, but its probably a more useful use than ...s2
S2 is for Artillerymen, Spreadshooters, and Deadeyes, really. Without other sources of ASPD up, the stun doesn't even interrupt their attack cycle and they get the attack buff too

Does anyone know if ammo spent counts if chalters talent procs or just relies on actual spent ammo? If so it's funny that you need a better DPS unit to buff a mediocre one.
Chalter talent only works with sniper operators so it can't work with him at all
