Srilankan Dessert - Watalappam Using 7 Eggs and 500 ML Milk

    Watalappam is a Srilankan dessert which is made with coconut milk. It is usually known as coconut milk pudding. You guys were keep on requesting me to make watlappam and we used to do it in normal milk itself.
    Ingredients:
    Roasted Bengal Gram
    Cashew Nuts
    Cardamom
    Eggs
    Sugar
    Milk
    Salt
    Recipe:
    NOTE: For 500 ML thick milk you must take 7 eggs and & 7 large spoon of Sugar.
    Take Few Cashew Nuts, Bengal Gram, Cardamom, 7 large spoon of sugar, & 7 Eggs in a Mixie jar. Grind it well. Make sure you get a foamy texture. Sieve it in a greased container, and add the 500 ml milk. Steame in a pressure cooker for 9 whistle. The perfect watalappam is ready to serve.
