I love Bigriggen! My favourite camping spot south of Brisbane. You are camping guys ! Learn to be more self sufficient....we have been there 5 times in the last 12 months! Love it. Staff are so friendly....they remember is every time we go there.
We camped there a few years ago. We were really disappointed with the amenities in particular. For a campground that has been established for years, they seem to have lacked upgrades to meet growing numbers.
We were there a few years ago a d we said the same thing. Lovely place but not enough showers and loos for the volume of people. People were queued up. If we went now we would b right as our van now has a shower and loo.
That is crazy. SO many people, and as you said, it is expensive for what you actually get. Holiday periods or not. Thanks for the heads up to stay away from this place.

Yeh we thought the same as you mate. Definitely needs improvement. It is a really nice place to camp there besides that!
