Some of these passes are incredible… he has nfl arm talent for sure
The TD back of the end zone against Clemson was my fav. Dagger to the heart.
The 4th down clutch on that game was out of this world
I love Spencer Rattler. Sure he's made a some mistakes but who doesn't. He's an incredible QB, I'm so glad he came to South Carolina.
Who doesn’t? Plenty of people. You think everyone makes these kind of mistakes? Your bar is low
@@richmargin6082 even pros make mistakes
That one at 3:16 is my favorite. Dude threw so many pretty balls this year and, most importantly, he improved as the year progressed. I heard from a very somewhat-maybe-possibly reliable source that Rattler is for sure returning. In all seriousness, I do think he'll get a low draft grade, which is why folks are saying he'll return. If so, we have potential to compete for the east next year as long as Beamer makes a good OC/QB coach hire. Go Cocks.
I think returning is the best decision he could make. his draft stock dropped MASSIVLEY at OU and I believe it humbled him and now hes slowly working his way back up and improving which is what you want to see and something that should be respected. If he returns he can continue with that momentum and improvement, gain more experience, increase his draft stock, get his degree and have a 10x better chance in the NFL... so its a no brainer to me.. Im not personally a fan of him or South Carolina but I give props when its due and recognize the circumstances for what it is and I just want to see everyone succeed in life no matter who who are or where you come from. I wish and hope good things for all.
Yes he needs to come back and finally have his Heisman year
Although his stats weren't the best on paper, the second half of the year for him was amazing the 6TD performance against the vols and the comeback against clemson, and that they have a bowl game against Notre Dame is amazing for him, if he plays well against notre dame and they win. This will be huge for the gamecocks as they will have confidence going into next year. Btw we played him three times in high school against him, dude was a beast also freshman year shook his hand at midfield for pregame.
Run it back rattler. Become a legend!
His Deep Ball sick
I think the best part about Rattler is his ability to move around the backfield and still get a good pass off.
Reminds me of when mahomes played at texas tech
Love Rattler to death. Incredibly impressed with his leadership this season, even if his play been inconsistent at times.
I truly hope - and think - he comes back for one more season. With a new (hopefully better) OC + more experience under his belt, if he can improve his consistency, he can absolutely be a first round pick - South Carolina's first ever I believe.
If he declares now, a team will probably take a late-round flyer on him based on talent alone, but I think he's bought into what Beamer is building and will choose to run it back one more year. For his sake and the Gamecocks', I hope I'm right.
Never heard of jadeveon clowney, Melvin Ingram, alshon Jeffrey? There’s loads of others that have gone in the first round
I think one of the main issues was Satterfields offensive strategy just wasn't all that compatible with a guy like Rattler. Rattlers got an arm, and one that can place a ball between two defenders right into the arms of the receiver. When you just call screens and short passes for a QB like Rattler, of course he's going to be inconsistent. Satterfield was (in my opinion) too afraid to let him throw the ball, and when he finally did allow him, Rattler actually played like the top Ranked QB he was expected to be.
There's also the issue of his O-line being able to protect him and preventing a pass rush leading to a sack, but that's a different story.
No team is going to Draft Rattler based on his Clemson/TN wins. He's got to prove he can be consistent. Like you, I think that if he comes back, and plays like he did in the final two games, he could very well be a top ranked pick. Hopefully he decides to come back for another year.
Hey Bucs no doubt about it!! He MUST be a Buccaneer!! The next GOAT!! #Pick19nfldraft2023 #GoBucs!! Let's GO!!!!!!!!!!
Here before its viral
Bruh fr
This guys going to be good his receivers get 0 separation all his throws had to be 100% on the money and in tight coverage. Imagine what he will do with NFL receivers
Kirk Cousins’ replacement in Minnesota.
Faxx
Great arm. I just question some of the decisions
Crazy how guys like Stetson Bennett get more praise over guys like rattler and drake maye
Love this Guy
Falcons fan who came here to watch Jovaughn Gwyn. 2:42 was sick.
Needs one more year ended the season strong hopefully he plays good in the bowl game
Rattler and Juice, run it back🤙🏼
One of SC Best QB ever. Hope we get to watch him at least one more year.
Slow your roll. Dude had 2 good games. I like him too, but be realistic
Connor never lost at home. he was so underrated. but easily the best at SC
@@r.p.ii1 Definitely #1
He is. Not many SC QBs can say they can have an 8 win szn.
BEST QTR.BACK IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL 🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓
I’m buying ever card of his in existence
Gang gang
Yuh

He’s moving up draft boards if he leaves late 2nd round to mid 3rd pick. If he stays has the potential to boom or bust. Big decision time
Your delusional he threw 11 int
He just started really breaking in his wings against Tennessee... he should play college for another year.
Half of the highlights were from the last two games.
The guy can flat out spin it. Moreover, he is SO accurate. Couple this talent with speedy receivers Brown, Vann, Wells, JUJU, and Brooks, SC can be unstoppable on offense. If he can improves his decision making, he could be the best returning QB in CFB.
What’s crazy is this guy is #20 on the 2023 position draft ranking and #282 in overall rank and what’s even funnier is there is another qb named Spencer Sanders who goes to Oklahoma state and is ranked higher than him 💀💀
What’s even funnier is that there this guy on CZcams named Tman making fun of a guy with millions of more dollars and 70 more td passes in college than he does
@@Bridgeheadbro who said I was making fun of him 🤨he is actually a dope player
@@Tmanify Just seemed as if you we’re discrediting him sorry if you weren’t
I know him in irl
Maybe if he wasn’t on tv all his life everyone would think he’s good
He's getting better... but one thing I've noticed, is he doesn't compete well when the score is close late in the game. I think he panics or is worn out (from all of the energy he wastes on unnecessary bullet passes early in the game.) I don't really see a great NFL career for him. He may be a back up, he may even go to USFL or XFL. He's got a great arm, but he doesn't have the mentality nor does he conserve enough energy. In NFL, a lot of games are going to go down to the wire... won't be as many opportunities to go up 4 or 5 scores, then coast in the 2nd half..
You clearly didn’t see his game against Clemson last year.
Yes, and that's why you're a pro football scout right? 🙄
@@therealrockguru no, but I'm rather gifted at predicting busts.
@armen_ar323 ah yes, the ONE game where he actually played till the end.
Yeah I would get rid of Rattler and have a better QB to play for the Gamecocks. Like umm Chase Brice. Because he does have way more passing yards and more touchdowns than Rattler does. Because I'm always a Gamecocks fan every year and I'm trying to be scouting for better Quarterbacks for our Gamecocks team.
Rattler will go to the NFL he going be second round pick i hope he goes to the Detroit Lions!
doubt it
