Ingredients:
Green Kachumber
1\2 Cucumber
1 small tomato
1 small apple
1\2 cup Pomegranate
1\4 cup salted peanuts
1\2 cup chopped Lettuc
1\4 cup Coriander leaves
1 Cup coriander leaves
20-25 Mint Leaves
2 green chilli or as per taste
1 small ginger piece
1 lemon juice
1 small piece of jaggery
salt and 1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chat masala
Creamy kachumber
2 Cups cabbage or Lettuce
1 Cucumber
1\2 Tomato
1\2 green capsicum
1\2 yellow capsicum
1\4 Cup Boiled sweetcorn
1\4 cup Pomegranate
1-2 tbs Kishmis
20 cashew nuts
1 tbs jaggery
3\4 tsp salt
1\2 lemon
1\8 tsp Mustard seeds
1\4 tsp black paper corn
1\2 cup Coriander leaves
Black sesame seeds for
Garnishing
kakadi nu kachumber
250 Gm Cucumber
1 mild green Chili
4-5 tbs peanut powder
1\4 cup fresh grated coconut
Salt
1-2 tsp Sugar
1\2 lemon
Coriander Leaves
kachi keri nu kachumber
Raw Mango Salad
1 Raw Mango
1 Cucumber
1\2 Capsicum
1\4 Cup Carrot
1 Onion or cabbage
1 tbs Olive oil,salt,jaggery
\12 lemon juice
1 tsp red chili powder
Sesame seeds and peanut
