The trip you took to the CNMI islands and series that came from it, was by far my favorite series by Robert.
It had everything from family fun, wild game hunt, survival, history and just plain and pure unadulterated beauty.
Would love to see another series on a return trip. Would also love to go there, but I'm afraid if I did go, I wouldn't want to come back to the city where I live.

My Grandfather fought there during World War 2 and the stories he would tell me were both terrifying and Heart warming. I would look into his eyes while he spoke about it and could see his sacrifice he made for this country and the pain he felt losing his friends and buddies along the way.

I lived in Guam for about 4 years and visited most of the CNMI. Miss it every single day. Thanks for shining a light on an overlooked gem.
Guam was a wonderful place. I lived there for 10 years and loved it all. I do sort of miss it but I know California has a lot more opportunities then Guam does. I do plan to move out of California as the fires always affect my allergies.
Robert, years ago my son was around 12-13 when he said, dad have you heard of DMFD on CZcams? You were in your condo, no children yet. I said what are you talking about? I don't care about eating deer.So we sat in my room and watched dozens of you videos, I was addicted. Born and raised in Sarasota on and in the water, he knew I would love your channel. I had watched videos on CZcams for years but had never subscribed to a channel, I didn't even know about subscriptions lol. But that night you were my first subscription. And I've watched every video since. And I'm a proud single dad of 4 beautiful children 2 boys 2 girls. And they are finally getting off their phones and computers and going fishing, snorkeling and enjoying the water with me. Keep up the absolutely wonderful videos. I was stationed at Andersen AFB for 3 yrs and I loved it !!! It was the only assignment I enjoyed in my 8 yrs in the USAF !! I was accepted into a local Chamorro family and I felt so happy being apart of their family !! Plus it is a beautiful island and the culture is so enriched !!

I loved that place. I went to Anderson Middle school and I loved it. Was on Guam for 10 years. I do miss it but California and the states got alot more opportunities. Just wish I had learned the language there as I think that would’ve been cool.

I loved watching your CNMI videos last year! I've lived in Guam for 30 years and am now moving back to Oregon, but the Chamoru people are wonderful! I've been to Saipan a few times as well as Tinian and Rota. Excellent places to visit! The World War 2 history is everywhere. In fact, my grand uncle was in the Battle of Saipan and was wounded. He didn't come back the same like so many of our soldiers. Our freedom isn't cheap! He died on July 4th several years ago. I guess the things the soldiers experienced on that island were terrible. I love your patriotic spirit! I've been watching your channel for a little over a year now and love it!

I'm taking my family to the Florida Keys for two weeks in July 2022 maybe we can run into you sometime there, However, After seeing your CNMI video series, I'm taking my family there in the summer of 2023. I'm taking my wife and three kids (4,5,9y/o) and my mother and father with me. I'm sure if it is half as good as your trip that it will be so EPIC. I was in the Air Force for 8 years and I love military history especially when its hands on like that so I can't wait to see it all. Robert, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, the footage on Finish was where my Dad was stationed, for all I know he could then in one of those black and white photos you showed. He was on a battleship shelling the islands. He was than stationed at the airstrip and his crew was told to dig a trench ...long,...deep,...wide and don't ask any questions why. Come to find out it was to load the A bomb into the Enola Gay. This video brought a tear to my eye, I got to see where my Dad helped history and end the war. THANK YOU 1000 TIMES OVER.

I would say you should take another trip out there with your family again. But this time you should take your brother blue gabe. I think the two of you would really enjoy making videos out there together.
As far as my favorite trip. I've never been on any trips. The only one I would say was a trip is when I was a kid going to visit my uncle on his farm. Helping him work on it. Then going fishing in one of the ponds there.

You deserve CZcamsr of the year award. I've been on this channel for 6 year's now, every video I've watched from you is like a adventure and I feel like I'm with you. I can't believe how amazing you improved on your editing skills, this this year over spring break me and my family took a 5 day vacation down to Gulf shores Alabama and toured the USS Alabama, USS drum 228 submarine and fort Morgan (which is where the war of 1812 happened) the USS Alabama was the best thing I ever toured and I highly recommend it. It would make my year if you went there.

Your making me emotional brother. I am South Pacific Islander and have not been home since 1989. The Island of Yap. Your a good man to support the the south pacific, especially the islands that faced great adversity during the south pacific war. Saipan and its surroundings is beautiful. But the Islanders make the south pacific.
I have a friend Yap. I met him in Guam when I was there for about 10 years. I miss him just as I miss my other friends on Guam. Maybe someday I’ll go back. I just wish I saw the Bone Carver one more time before he died. Same as Big John. I last I saw big John was when he was recuperating from a heart attack and he was skinny. It was kinda sad to see him as he was a friend as we visit where he was a lot and even rode his Carabow (ignore my spelling) We where a friend of the Bone Carver to or at least I think so for how much we talked and would visit him in the market. Not close friends but they where very nice to my family when ever we came to see them. I still got a necklace from him. They both died and I always get saddened with that fact. I miss seeing them both.
Such real, raw emotion and I love that we’re learning about stuff that matters.

I watch a lot of CZcams videos when it comes to catch and cook but this channel is more than a CZcams video. I honestly can’t wait until a video is uploaded and will save the video to watch last in my playlist because I know it will have the most positive affect on me. I love to fish and have done deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and that has been the best time ever for me and my son. We were able to catch and cook food for my family. We are from Rock Island Illinois, 2 hrs from Chicago, so we aren’t privy to the awesome fishing in Florida. I love this channel and pray God’s blessing for continued success. I love watching.

Robert, that was a beautiful, spiritual, moving testament. Thank you for showing it. My Dad preceded you to the CNMI by roughly 76 years as a Marine Corps fighter pilot. After being there during the ravages of war, I know he would appreciate knowing the islands - and the people survived.
At my age and health I know I'll never get back, but your trip is a prime example of why I always wanted to go back to Vietnam... to know the land and the people survived the war.... Bless you and your family for all you share with us.
