This phone I bought from HSN, it's junk, I can't receive calls. The phone rings and rings but if you tap on the phone icon to answer the phone keeps ringing and ringing. It's awful, sending it back.
Mine is new and the same issue. I found I can answer by pushing the volume bar. Pisses me off that I can’t by tapping the phone icon- but at least the other way works.

No volume, jittery as fk, flakes at everything but stuck with it, need volume help commercials are fine subject's can't hear unless plastered to ear and and and concentrating! Wtheck?
