Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Rare Footage

- Hi, this video is only a few minutes of a full and electrifying concert that Michael performed on the 7th September 2001 for the 30th Anniversary shows in New York. The first time in many years and the last time he ever performed with his brothers.
I was there and captured this footage, the footage is incredible quality and transferred straight from my original DV tape.
It captures every moment of the evening and includes loads of stuff that was never televised, like him talking to the audience, mic checks and the full unedited performances off all his songs, see them in full, exactly as they happened, the DVD is one whole hour of non stop Michael!
I have taking absolutely nothing out of this DVD, everything is on there. Like I said before the quality is outstanding, truly 10/10.
This is an awesome DVD to own if your a fan of MJ, even more if you were there on the night!
Just to clarify, the DVD is only what Michael did that night, one hour long and his final appearance during "We Are The World" was not captured. So basically the unedited version of what was aired on TV.

Wow you didn't like the fact that they have not performed together in over 15 years or how incredibly talented they all was and put on a great show together but you love how a staged skit of Michael tiling randy not to interrupt him because of the hate for his brothers

I love how so many people think that bit between Michael and Randy was real. I was at the show and that was definitely a rehearsed bit. They did basically the same bit and Randy's O.P.P bit as well,during both shows. They've done these mock brother stage fights since the J5 days.

Everything went wrong for him in 2001 - The Big Sony Blow UP - him having the speech at the Carnagee, The protest and rally through the streets in open buses, did you not see that vid, another rare vid. Hundreds of people lined up the streets unifying with him holding protest plaques against Mottola and Sony. The INVINCIBLE DROP IN THE STATES, so yeah I think he was a bit pissed here, and I don't even think he wanted to do this show either! He had indeed another tough period in 2001.

Micheal was adorable, both young and older. Loved to watch them perform on stage. Magnificent! Both died too young. Both left millions of fans wanting more. RIP.

In all hoensty im the biggest MJ fan ever!! I can tell you right now Michael was actually incredibly irritated...He had even admitted that he had a temper at times...If you watch the whole thing you'll notice MJ starts getting more and more irritated because randy was doing little things all night that pissed EVERYONE off.Also did anyone else notice how Michael looked like he was gunna take off his Billie Jean jacket and fight?I think its a combination of drugs,family,and unorganization.RIP MJ

@minecabus13 The reason Michael is wearing different clothing is this concert was a 2 night engagement in Madison Square Garden in NYC on Sept 9&10/2001. The very next day that city and the world would see horrible death and destruction, Sept. 11, 2001.

No, "Down with O.P.P" is copywritten material that randy was throwing into the song, when they did not ask for permission to do so. And seeing as it was Michael's show, it would have been HIM who would have been sued and held responsible. Randy has never been the brightest Jackson, and Michael saw him as a "dimwit" because of his consistent screw ups.
And to add to the matters, Jermaine decided to go into his rivalry with Michael and insist that he have his moment to shine by singing "Let's get serious", as opposed to the songs that were made as "The Jackson 5".

what was going on at 3:44 to 4:04 and why did the guy call him off the stage? I saw more footage of this some time ago where MJ leaves and then comes back out and they start We Are The World and it almost seemed like Mike was being chastised for what he was doing. Anyone know anything? I do have to admit I've never seen Mike in any concert warm up his voice like that but he is the KING OF POP for goodness sake!.
