I have used the Safeda mango variant in this recipe for the best flavour. you can switch to alphonso mango as well. I haven’t tried it with any other type of mango but you can definitely give it a try with other juicy varieties as well.

The ingredients that I have used are as follows:
Eggs-2
Sugar-1/2 cup
Blend until smooth
All purpose flour (maida)- 1 cup
Baking powder-1 spoon
Mango puree-1 cup
Baking soda-1/2 spoon
Oil-1/2 cup
Milk-1/2 cup
Garnish with chopped almonds & walnuts
Bake it at 180°C for 30 minutes
