This is the best floor plan I have seen yet !!!!! Functional and practical as well as beautiful. There are a few little things I would change if it were my home but if this is a custom home, then it has been designed to the owners needs I am sure.

Lovely house, But the kitchen area is so dark its a bit depressing really. A house this size should be flooded with natural light, This one has too many dark shady areas IMHO.
