We'd like to intoroduce Yoshoku to more people all over the world.
Grill Ninjin is Yoshoku-ya in Kyoto.
Yoshoku( 洋食 ) means Western (yo- 洋 ) dish (shoku- 食 ) in Japanese.
but not that simple like Americans and Europeans imagine.
When Japanese say Yoshoku,
it means the Japanese unique style of Western dish.
Yoshoku-ya is the restaurant which serves Yoshoku
and we developed own category of Japanese food
since western culture was introduced to Japan.
