It has been 1-2 months and I still don't know more than a hanful of words. When I started my plan was to learn 한글 in a couple of days and then move on to learn words, but.. that didn't go as expected. Now I'm trying to put more effort into learning hangul (I'm confident that I can learn it in a couple days/ a week if I just try). I watch K-dramas and listen to K-pop music everyday so i feel pretty acquainted with the language and it feels like I learn quite a bit by listening to it. I don't know where I'm going with this, but I really enjoy watching your videos and you inspire me to learn more korean😁

I just registered for some online classes yesterday(on Preply, though), because I noticed myself that I learn better in a 'teacher-student' environment (ngl, I like school and making teachers proud haha) and as I always fail to stay motivated, I risked this step. My class will be next Sunday and I can't wait! I'll have to find a part-time job after school, though... I hope it won't disturb with my last two years in high school. I also have music school and am preparing for getting my driving licenses which is taking sooo long because of that weird secretary... xD Watching you motivates me to work as hard as possible~ Thank you ㅠㅠ

My whole program is a year and 9 months if you start from the very beginning and finish the research class! I started the program at level 5, so I'll be here for about a year~ I plan on attending graduate school next year though, so I wouldn't be leaving Korea in a year, just finishing the language program at KU~
I've seen vlogs and stuff where people don't remove their shoes before going into businesses, and then ones like this where it looks like you did? Is it arbitrarily up to each business? Is one more common than the other? 🤔
from my experience when I was in Seoul, the majority of business you leave your shoes on. The only time I took them off was when I went to a traditional Korean restaurant with some classmates.
