when the biker came up to the side of the van that crossed the medium he would've scared/ almost hit that pedestrian that the van almost hit as well I think that's why the video shut off cause you know he was gonna talk to the van driver but instead biker almost hit the pedrestian walking. normally these cammers keep rolling so they get the person face at the red light. idk I could be wrong but he deff seem like he would've stopped either in the middle or well over the crosswalk by how fast he was going around.
@@yeoldchief7711 Almost hits pedestrian because he came to the crosswalk as a person was crossing? Screeching tires, hard veering would indicate "almost", he came to a stop on the white line.. Unless you can prove this was the 1/51 states that allow lane splitting, he has no reason trying to get up beside the van and starting shit at the red light

In my State we have what we call Red Light Camera Laws. All cameras can be used to enforce traffic laws including privately owned camera's. When I catch people driving and using a phone on video I simply stop by my local State Trooper office and turn in the video. Usually a few days later I get a letter confirming the offending driver has been issued a summons for court along with the date and time of the court case. Being retired I love showing up and being a witness if required. The ticket costs them $630 US Dollars if the plead guilty and over $2,000 if they fight it and lose, which they always do because they are on video.

It's illegal to block a junction in the UK, what the biker done was 100% legal.

Also the car behind the crossing was moving slowly, so no reason to stop completely.
The car in front stopped, which means if the biker stopped behind the car in front, he would be in the junction, wether its for a second or five, he is still in the junction. If the van driver thinks that it's dangerous to stop like that then maybe he wasn't paying attention? That was not dangerous at all.

@@DoradoFever Actually she had to wait, a person going straight or turning right has priority over a left-hand turn, which she was doing. So unless, the was a all-way stop sign present she would be in the wrong.
Jordan Meek the biker was in the right. If he was driving a car it would be the same driving laws. The vehicle going straight has right away, the same for the vehicle turning right has right of way. The vehicle turning left does not have right of way and must wait until traffic is clear for them to go. Also being on her phone is a clear indication she was not paying attention. If it was a 4 way stop then it would be different.
OK, it starts off with a hypocrite annoyed that a van found himself in the turn only lane and didn't want to be there, so he moved over to the left well clear of any traffic, and the motorcyclist "hero" comes along that van, splitting a lane and being where he shouldn't, only to criticize the van driver. This, while he illegally made a lane change himself just earlier squeezing between the bumpers of two cars changing lanes in an intersection. This motorcyclist is a plain ignorant hypocrite himself. And, that was just the first guy.......

I look out for bikers as much possible but some of these riders are just douches. I'm in California so I understand why some people stay in the left lane I do it sometimes. The difference between me and allot of other people, I give way to faster moving vehicles. Why you ask? I hate fucking traffic. That person speeding is keeping the flow of traffic up. Drive slow in the middle or to the right so traffic moves freely.
