This printer is on top of my list as one to get. After watching this really bad video production, it makes me feel I should never purchase this printer. 😢

It still works very well.
No service cleaning or fix done on it yet.

I have been using this printer for past 6 months, if you want clean printing, buy other brand. This printer is crap

Depends what is your use case for the printer. If you are expecting high commercial quality output then you would be mistaken to get this. It’s on a lower mid standing even as of its time of release. The printer on this vid however still works properly as intended after a year without getting serviced as it did not encounter any issues. Not used commercially but heavily used by 4students at home for school work. Inka still not refilled as well. I think i have gotten mg ROI on it twice over. And the prints, photocopy result and digital scans are of clean outputs if i may say.
Get your unit checked asap instead of complaining on youtube videos.
