I once trued reading Krishnamurti's some book, but it made me feel ill, which I thought climate difference too big. But a moment ago I came to think it is maybe in his feeling too, so maybe it connects with diet. My memory of his picture would suggest squeezed avocado with squeezed banana plus fresh juice of fruits (quite small roubd in bunches typically green), fresh crisp sallad leaf with fresh clean water If needed a piece of bread (of a wheat considered referring to feelibgs or horses) with oil upon it.
Why isnt this public knowledge
Because the public is in the fangs of time and its illusion
It is, sadly we just ignore it.
