They could make this game into a 5 player game.
4 People as Employees and one Person as the Manager who can see everything.
The Managers job would be to guide the 4 other players around to whats needed since they dont get a map of the facility.
The 4 Players would work on the abnormalities that need it and suppress any escapes.
Even better, the four employees are exploring an abandoned/overrun facility, and the manager has to scout ahead for them and give them info only the manager knows, sort of like Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes.

TILLCS stands for "This is le Lobotomy Corporation Simulation", the name was too long so they made it an acronym instead
