I went through so many thoughts and ideas when I first got your name for secret santa. My original plan was to catch up on Outlander and make you a Jamie/Claire video, since I am still a season behind but well, life got in the way. Adulting is hard. I ran out of time.
I also know RHODES wasn't that high up on your list of favorite artists...I almost considered choosing another...but you and I talked so much about him and this album earlier in the year, I felt like I had to do it.
I've been toying with the idea of using this song for Kanej for a while now because that line in the chorus "I feel you around me always, looking down" is just so perfect for them! I based this entire video around that one sentiment and it all kinda became a testament to all the ways Kaz or Inej were there for each other, even when no one else was, especially when.
I left a few things out of the ending to make it end more happily too because
1.) this song is a happier song and it called for it
and 2.) because it's the holidays. Be happy.
