I have the BRAFv600e mutation gene. I have metastatic papillary thyroid cancer. I had surgery and will need RAI. I read that it is also linked to Colorectal and Melanoma. Is it linked to Lymphoma or Leukaemia as well? Is it linked to developmental disorders as well? Thank you for explaining.

I thinks its a point mutation, a transversion to be exact. At the Position 600 GUG (Valin) gets replaced by GAG (Glutamate)
