You rock AND roll. - Jak na to + styl
I'd just like to point out that this is a 50 minute CZcams video without commercials. Thank you Otters!!!! Maybe someday I'll join the noble ranks of Otters!
Me after reading your comment: "wait... I can put commercials DURING the video?!?!?"
Just kidding ;) hehe
My videos do have ads before them, but I would find ads very distracting in the middle if I were watching it trying to learn about the structure of a juggling practice, so I chose not to do that on this one! Thanks for noticing :) And you're right, I'm definitely able to do that because of Patreon! Thanks Otters!
haha yup
please make this a series. I would love to watch your progression as you get back into training

Taylor Tries - Your hot!
I know this is a bit late, but I’d love to see a tutorial maybe on backcrosses or kick ups.
Thanks for all the great videos :)
Impressive. I really like the attempt of 6 balls Mills Mess. Defineltly my favorite trick. My goal is 5 balls Mills Mess
A seven ball tutorial would be great!

i do like to see good jugglers drop . it makes it more real .
This is relaxing to watch, and also have on in the background, checking in periodically as I work :) Great job, Taylor!
I find this video to be equal parts oddly soothing and exceptionally inspirational. Your practice videos are some of my favorite!
Omg goodness! Please keep making videos like this of just you training. I love watching how jugglers practice cause it give me an idea of combinations I can do when I practice cause I never really know what’s good for warming up. And josh Horton made a practice volg but he only made 1! And I was looking forward to more :/
It's no wonder you are such a skilled and versatile juggler. Only practice , practice, practice and sweat builds success. I'm motivated!
My fav vid of them all! I want to be just like you. Thank you!!
Thank you.You are awesome.
Amazing!
It's a nice session. Gave me some ideas on things I should practice
Awesome video!
I know i would love to see a 7 ball cascade tutorial or a 5 ball intermediate/advanced tricks!
This is amazing. When I’m bored, I come here and juggle while you’re juggling.
So good omg
Please make more training vids 😻
Ver este video me motiva a mejorar en los malabares. Muchas gracias por subirlo
Thanks!
Its a pleasure to see a full juggling practice of you. There is some real juggling! This is what works for me: I do a lot more small breaks between the attempts. E. g. I let my arms and brain rest (think nothing, take a sip of water, shake my arms without balls) for 10-20 seconds between longer runs of 7 balls or 5 ball siteswaps. More smaller breaks keeps the focus and quality of the attempts. Then I would move the balance exercise from the end to the very beginning, it will help finding your body center and posture for the session. Learn balancing a club and juggling up to 5 balls, I promise, this will boost your juggling skill. And maybe it helps to throw the 7s higher in 744 for 5 clubs. Good luck and keep on!
Love it
I wonder if anyone can do it, or if it requires a big chunk of raw talent. I'm assuming the latter. Not just anyone can become a good pianist, for example, no matter how hard they might work. You've got a special gift for this Taylor, in addition to your work ethic. It's a pleasure to watch!
I think anyone can become a really good juggler with time and deliberate practice. I firmly believe that. I don’t think I’m a particularly “talented” juggler, there are many others who outshine me in almost every “talent” way. I have put a LOT of time into it, and I try to intentionally practice smart techniques for learning. My coordination may be slightly higher than the average person, but even that I think is developed over time, not necessarily an inherent talent. :)
great control over the different heights . i wish i could do that !
It’s taken a lot of practice! You’ll get it!
The start for 5 balls mills mess... That multi-plex throw. Could you break that down in a video?
Good job 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
I'm still just starting.
not sure why, but clubs always look so impressive.
This is what CZcams was made for. 😍
Absolutely love your videos! I would love to know what kind of equipment you are using to film your videos in general. I have made a few juggling videos myself but I am so jealous of the quality in yours!
Thanks!
' Long live juggling 😍
Amazing... 💕👌
Great video! Kind of calming watching you juggle, and it feels more real seeing drops. Is there a goal you're trying to get to at the moment?
No particular goal other than continuing to work towards improving :)
Would you like to share how you warm up before you practice? What muscle get tired after you finish your peformance? What you do to relax yourself? I see you work and I can compare with some aspect in martial art. As a practicioner of Kali a filipino M.A. which is a art with a lot coordination. I admire your dedication. Thank you. I wish you the best T.
First comment . Still watching the vid . You're awesome
In my country Juggling is totally obscure. The only thing I can do with 5 balls is cascade & many people are overwhelmed with it. I wonder how they would react if they see your video 😂
It's Good
Juggling very nice
I'm tired after 5 minutes. My arms and shoulders feel it. Can only do the 3 ball cascade as well!
Could you make a tutorial for juggling starts and finishes?
Sure! It's actually been on my list for a while, so thanks for reminding me!
Could u pls do a Overhead juggling tutorial(with Balls).
Beautiful! And only hard tricks at that. Would you say that 3b training becomes obsolete after a certain threshold, to the point where you're better off just spending that time on more difficult stuff?
I think it depends on the type of 3 ball training :) I tend to personally focus on higher numbers when I “train”, but I still practice learning new 3 ball tricks at home during the day! For me, I treat training like an exercise and tend to do the most physically exerting tricks I am working on. But at home I still work on tricks that require more creativity and less muscle/endurance, and I’d say that’s when the 3 ball stuff usually comes out for me. But I know many great jugglers who put just as much time into pushing their 3 ball training and learning difficult complicated tricks!
What would you say your Crux move is? The one move you practice constantly on in hopes that one day you might succeed just a single time?
Great video btw! You can really see the breakdown videos present in your practice!
Hmm, I'd say Alberts with 3 clubs. Someday I'll get it!
Hy, thank you for sharing your training!
Is it better to train with contact lenses instead of glasses?
I have experienced some issues with my peripheral vision when juggling with glasses, but Im not sure if it is some other technical issue
can you make a how to juggle 7 balls video?
Sorry, could you tell me which clubs did you use in this vid?
what clubs do you use in this video?
☺💪👍
Superb. Do you have, or did you have a personal coach or juggling trainer? To have reached that level is an amazing achievement, even more so if you are self-taught.
Thanks! No I’ve never had a juggling trainer or anything, but I do attend a lot of workshops at conventions and festivals throughout the year. So even though I’ve never had a consistent coach, I’ve learned a lot from friends and mentors over the past 15 years that I keep with me :)
Hello Taylor! I have a question : where are you in this video? What is the name of the place where you practice?
I am desperately looking for an indoor place for my juggling trainings because obviously my ceiling is too low at home!.. do you have something to recommend plz? thank you!
I have the henrys pirouettes and have never tried
loops, what is the difference (besides the not wrapped handles) and do you prefer the loops or the pirouette better?
And great video!
I asked Henry’s this at EJC, and they said the unwrapped handles were pretty much the only difference! The loops have unwrapped handles, the pirouettes have wrapped handles. I use the unwrapped handle Henry’s because I find them slightly lighter and easier on my hands :)
@@TaylorTries good to know, Thanks!
just a hunch...is your fav trick Mills Mess?
guilty 😅
What do you think about practicing sitting down so you don't have to reach down constantly?
I practice sitting down sometimes! Usually when I want to really dial in a trick. Sitting down is significantly harder because you can’t use your hips as much and your arms can’t go down as far. For most of the tricks I practice in this video it’d be really difficult and not worth it to practice sitting down. But I do it sometimes, like with 5 ball Mills Mess for example I practice sitting down a lot so that when I do it standing it’s much easier :)
How long did it get to be able to juggle 7? Did you go right from 5 to 7 and skip 6?
No I learned 6 and got my pattern solid before learning 7, which I recommend. I’ve been working on 7 for years, and it’s only just recently started clicking for me!
Taylor Tries nice! I kind of taught myself years and have only recently gotten pretty comfortable with 5 for a good 30-40 catches, still no tricks lol. I need/want to practice more
Any time I practice for more than 5 minutes I feel it in my hammys the next day. (from picking up dropped balls) Any recommendations?
Stretch beforehand! I stretch before and after every training session. Especially stretch your hamstrings, wrists, shoulders and neck!
Another great tip is to learn to do a kick up. It demands less time and energy once you become proficient and it also looks pretty cool. I'm guessing Taylor might have done that, had she not been wearing shoes.
I do kickups throughout the video ;) And yes learning kickups are a good way to save energy when picking up props! But I do find that kickups also utilize your hamstrings and still require good stretching.
A kick up/ how to deal with drops tutorial could be useful. Failures are learning :D
can you juggle blindfolded?
Yup!
Nice!
Put a piece of tape on that light button!
If I were 20 feet tall I would :P the sensor is on the ceiling!
Anthony Gatto looks different, somehow.
Miss you are very beautiful i have learn juggling From u
