  • In this weeks Solo Session Sasha Corbin takes us through ways of practicing & improving jump height. In netball we must be able to jump high either to get an interception or to receive a high pass. It is also important to be able to move quickly into another movement once you have landed. Here are some simple exercises for you to get creative with.
    Some parts of this video has been muted unfortunately but with every exercise really try to be powerful and snap your hips through. When doing drop jumps see if you can have a quick reaction time off the floor. Try not to sink into the floor, have straight legs working on ankle stiffness.
