- I had knocked on the door of this house while the grass was still tall and no one answered. I went back 5 days later, and the city had beat me to mowing the lawn. As you can see, after being mowed, the yard didn't look much better than when the grass was standing tall. The owners mother had lived in the home but recently passed away. He was currently focusing his funds on the inside and just didn't have the necessary tools to clean up the outside. I'm glad I stopped and offered to help. His comment was, "now it is something I can manage." While cleaning this yard, its was close to 90 degrees and humid. I was very fortunate that my 15 year old son Levi offered to come help me with this yard. I decided to pull the plug about 5 hours in and go back a second time to finish due to the extreme heat. Check out next weeks video as well to see me tackle "the BEAST" still in his yard. As always, we can all "Leave a Mark".

@@LeavingAMarkOutdoors I wish we had people like yourself helping seniors, and disabled people's lawns up here in Ontario, Canada. It's very satisfying to see a beautiful yard cleaned up. I just hate seeing the poison ivy in yards. That's how you can tell if the yard has been unkempt for a while. 🙂⚘️.
A good yard clean-up collab would involve Leaving A Mark Outdoors, Outdoors With Eric, Midlife Stockman.
The property would have to be big since all three channels can do a lot of work in a short period of time.
That would be awesome, but chances are all three of them would wind up with three different complainers taken up about 40 minutes of their time arguing with them over some stupid item or idiotically blathering about some supposed law or what have you. 🤣
LOL, here's the thing, the video makes it look like a short period of time, but we were about 5 hours into the yard so far, probably another 4-5 hours for part 2 and I can't imagine what part 3 will bring. Will be calling Outdoors with Erik and the big boy equipment for part 3...stay tuned

A blade trimmer would work better than a string trimmer for the woody stalks & vines also you should get one of those battery hand saws to use instead of that big chain saw on those small trees. Along with orange cones & high viz vests you definitely need neck gaters & eye protection when weed eating & using the blower for you & Levi. Protecting yourselves should be top priority!
It's always best to teach ur childrenat a young age to defend for themselves nd others. But as an old head, my parents taught us to work smarter nd not harder. Lol. GOD BLESS U BOTH ND ALWAYS HELP OTHERS BCUZ U URSELF MIGHT NEED A HELPING HAND WHEN U URSELF GETS OLD. ❤❤❤❤😅😅😅😅. Stay safe nd b careful plus plz wear gear to protect what GOD gave u nd that's ur body nd do not forget ur lungs. Lol.
